Overall a really really nice stay on holidays. Good and fab location close to the sea, in the shopping area. 10 minutes' walk to Rnli Whitby Museum. Really clean building and rooms with wonderful view.

The location was enjoyable, right by shops and bars restaurants, promenade where shops, restaurants and playing areas for kids on the other side and On the other side close to stores. We stayed for 11 nights here, loved Santa Susanna Beach district. We had superior queen room, and it was amazingly comfortable and ideal with wonderful view. The breakfast food was delicious, different choices to eat like cheese and meats.

My stay was such great for a short vacation. Enjoyed staying at the comfortable and ideal superior double room with wonderful view. Extra touches like a safe box, a mini bar, and central heating were a treat, staff were lovely and good. The hotel has unbeatable and brilliant location so close to the children's food area, the police station and promenade where shops, restaurants and playing areas for kids on the other side. Also, I could quickly reach a public park, as it’s only 1 km away.
